Job Description
Join us as a Project Manager – Yardi based in Hyderabad and take ownership of a business-critical platform that enables operational excellence across our global organisation. In this highly visible role, you'll work with stakeholders across multiple regions to deliver strategic technology solutions, drive innovation, and enhance the experience of both internal teams and clients. Combining technical expertise with strong project leadership, you'll have the opportunity to influence platform direction, champion best practices, and play a key role in the ongoing growth and success of our Yardi ecosystem.
What you'll do
- You'll own the administration, governance, support model, and continuous improvement of the Yardi ecosystem, managing system changes, configurations, documentation, vendor relationships, and feature enhancements while ensuring sustainable alignment with business strategy and governance standards.
- You'll serve as the primary Yardi Subject Matter Expert (SME) and internal point of contact, resolving support requests, assessing risk, troubleshooting issues, supporting client migrations and onboarding, and collaborating with global stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
- You'll drive platform optimization by evaluating, implementing, and supporting new Yardi modules, automation initiatives, integrations, and connectivity projects, while partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and client outcomes.
- You'll lead stakeholder engagement, training, and communications by promoting Yardi best practices, maintaining training resources, facilitating feedback loops with Client Services, contributing to platform governance meetings, and showcasing platform successes and business value.
- You'll demonstrate strong problem-solving, proactive planning, effective communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and attention to detail, while supporting sales opportunities, client presentations, and the ongoing evolution of Yardi products to meet business and client needs.

Qualifications
- You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager, including Investment Accounting, Investment Manager, and Debt Manager modules.
- You have worked in international, fast-paced environments within Financial Services, Private Equity, or Investor Services, collaborating effectively with globally distributed teams and diverse stakeholders.
- You demonstrate excellent organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a proactive, self-managed approach and the ability to perform under tight deadlines and pressure.
- You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to identify challenges, provide informed insights, and collaborate across teams to achieve shared business goals.
- You are a quick learner with advanced technical proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Yardi, including a deep understanding of system functionality, best practices, and the ability to develop solutions for bespoke business requirements.
Desired Criteria
- Experience in identifying & implementing different technologies / systems to solve a business problem ​
- Experience of V8 is a plus
- Experience of Yardi Forecast Manager (Advanced Budget Forecasting) is a plus
- Strategic mindset –• thinking critically and holistically about the broader impact of a system change
- weighing up pros and cons before acting, documenting decisions
- applying professional scepticism around change requests coming from users who don’t have as much understanding of the implications of their request
- Persuasive capability, to align users to this strategic standpoint and help them to solve their business problem in another way
- Familiar with applying standards, practices, and assessments relevant to product development is a plus ​
- May need to travel from time to time
