This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager (Operations Manager) based in Brazil.
This role offers the opportunity to lead projects and strengthen operational performance within a growing service organization. You will oversee multiple initiatives, improve internal workflows, and help establish scalable processes that support continued growth. Working closely with leadership, you will provide visibility into project progress, KPIs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. The position also combines operational management with business development, sales support, and partnership building. Success requires a proactive leader who can take ownership, coordinate teams, and maintain accountability without relying on close supervision. Accountabilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
- Analyze existing workflows and processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical improvements.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and deliverables are achieved.
- Guide team members, delegate responsibilities effectively, monitor execution, and maintain accountability across active projects.
- Develop and implement initiatives designed to improve project outcomes, operational processes, and organizational performance.
- Maintain regular communication with leadership regarding project status, operational challenges, KPIs, risks, and proposed solutions.
- Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs, operational reports, and performance objectives to measure progress and support data-driven decisions.
- Support sales planning, lead generation, and business development initiatives aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships that create new opportunities and strengthen business performance.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure projects, operational priorities, and business development activities remain aligned.
- Proactively identify emerging challenges and opportunities, taking ownership of solutions and driving initiatives through completion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or in a comparable leadership or operations role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience providing clear, consistent updates and reports to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated experience developing, tracking, and analyzing KPIs, operational reports, and performance goals.
- Solid understanding of operational planning, sales strategy, project execution, and business development.
- Proven ability to lead teams, delegate effectively, establish accountability, and drive projects toward successful completion.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and translate them into practical actions.
- Experience working in customer service operations, scheduling, compliance-driven environments, or regulated services is an advantage.
- Experience in driving schools, educational services, or similar regulated service industries in the United States is preferred.
- Background in operational scaling and partnership development is a plus.
- Comfortable collaborating with distributed, multicultural teams and working across different time zones.
