8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst Strong Capital Markets / Investment Banking domain knowledge Hands-on experience with SmartStream TLM or enterprise reconciliation platforms Experience in Requirements Gathering, BRD, UAT, Go-Live, and Stakeholder Management Exposure to Operations, Post Trade, Cash or Securities Reconciliation Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Agile, and SQL (preferred).
