- Partner-led Distribution: Define the roadmap for the productized corporate portal offering sold with and through partners.
- Customer Experience: Deliver a differentiated, modern user experience for corporate clients, travel management companies, and travel sellers built on Spotnana’s Travel-as-a-Service platform.
- Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the portal product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, partner requirements, and customer needs.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, partner teams, marketing, sales, and customer success to deliver, launch, and scale the portal product.
- Product Performance: Define success metrics for portal adoption, implementation time, and partner-sourced revenue; monitor and continuously improve.

Familiarity with travel technology ecosystems—such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS), Passenger Service Systems (PSS), Property Management Systems (PMS), or Central Reservation Systems (CRS)—is a plus, but not required.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role, with the ability to stay closely connected to the customer’s needs.

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one's sleeves to get the job done
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. An MBA would be a plus.
