The Data Analyst is responsible for developing and maintaining reporting and analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role transforms complex data into actionable insights, develops Business Intelligence dashboards and reports, improves reporting processes through automation, and ensures data accuracy and integrity. The position collaborates with business leaders, customers, and technical teams to support operational performance and strategic initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Business Intelligence reports, dashboards, and automated reporting solutions.
  • Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze data from multiple systems and databases for operational and strategic reporting.
  • Generate recurring and ad hoc reports, analyze trends and performance metrics, and present actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Perform data validation, audits, and root cause analysis while supporting reporting platforms, governance processes, and incident resolution.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define reporting requirements, automate processes, maintain documentation, and support cross-functional initiatives.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or related roles.
  • Experience with SQL querying, database management, data analysis techniques, and reporting platforms such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Oracle BI, or similar tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and data analysis functions, with experience in automation or data integration preferred.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, presentation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to data quality.
