Description
As a BPR Project Manager you will plan, mobilise, and execute mid to large scale projects, ensuring system changes are thoroughly tested and organisations are ready for process changes. You will be the prime mover of your projects including scoping, technological solutions and architectural decisions, resource-planning, communications, project governance, risk management, change management and readiness. You’ll connect the dots, build trust and understanding between groups, and orchestrate the activities needed to make your projects successful. We are looking for someone to bring experience managing large global technical projects that interweave multiple functional teams and/or multiple systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Proven results in planning, managing, and successfully delivering large cross-functional systems projects Experience with global projects incorporating regional and country-specific details A background and knowledge of AppleCare business, including claims, supply chain, service and repair operations. Be a self-motivated individual with exceptional time management skills and ability to work with minimal direction Proficiency in establishing project structure for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinating cross-project initiatives. Excellent forward thinking capabilities. Must be able to see beyond the current state, identify risks/opportunities and drive project teams toward the desired program outcome.
Preferred Qualifications
BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Business or a minimum of 5 years of related experience
Six Sigma / Project Mgt certification a plus
