Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a Business Process Analyst to join our WPG Settlements team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own as the Business Process Analyst WPG
Reconciliation & Reporting
- Lead reconciliation and reporting activities, including aged item resolution, root cause analysis, month-end reporting,
- MI production, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration to drive insights and process improvements.
Incident & Audit Management
- Manage audit tasks and ensure full resolution and ownership.
- Lead incident, audit, and compliance activities, driving issue resolution, root cause analysis, stakeholder communication, and regulatory adherence.
Strategic Change Support
- Support strategic change initiatives by contributing to project delivery, impact assessments, stakeholder decision-making, and change readiness activities.
Risk & Control
- Monitor and report on risk, control, KPI, and KRI performance.
- Review and maintain SOPs on a quarterly basis.
- Conduct trend and root cause analysis to identify issues, drive continuous improvement opportunities, and support team development through data-driven insights.
What you’ll bring
