We’re seeking a hands-on Data Analyst to join our team in Monterrey, MX. In this role, you’ll work closely with business stakeholders to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights. You’ll leverage strong SQL skills to build analyses, dashboards, and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. What You’ll Do

  • Write complex, efficient SQL queries to analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Build reusable datasets, views, and queries for reporting and self-service analytics.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define metrics, gather requirements, and translate business questions into analytical solutions.
  • Design and maintain dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, QuickSight, or similar).
  • Validate data quality, investigate anomalies, and ensure consistent KPI definitions.
  • Support ML and advanced analytics projects by preparing datasets and interpreting results.
  • Work with cloud-based data platforms, preferably AWS (S3, Athena, Redshift, RDS, Glue).
  • Apply basic graph or network analysis concepts when working with relationship-based data.

What You Bring

Must-have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field.
  • 2–5+ years of experience in a data analyst, BI analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on SQL skills (joins, subqueries, window functions).
  • Experience working directly with business stakeholders.
  • Experience building dashboards in at least one modern BI tool.
  • Advanced English and strong communication skills.

Nice-to-have

  • Exposure to machine learning or advanced analytics projects.
  • Experience with AWS or another cloud data platform.
  • Familiarity with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Experience with graph or network analysis.
