YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Lead Business Process Analyst to lead the optimization of finance-related systems and processes across our CAO organization. This role will partner with Finance, IT, and cross-functional business units to streamline operations, enhance system integrations, and support scalable growth through data-driven process improvements.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Analyze and improve end-to-end finance processes predominately within record-to-report cycles.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to identify inefficiencies, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
- Lead requirements gathering and process mapping sessions to document current and future-state workflows.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, ), financial reporting tools, and integrations with other platforms / technologies within the company.
- Support implementation of new finance systems or upgrades where identified and when applicable create stand-a-lone automations via (Python, VBA, Macro’s etc.) in order to automate manual processes where system upgrades or functionality is not yet available.
- Monitor process performance using KPIs and dashboards; identify trends and areas for continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between Finance and technical teams to ensure alignment on system capabilities and business needs.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or CPA is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in business process analysis with a focus on finance operations
- Strong understanding of finance systems, workflows, and reporting requirements.
- Experience with ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Proficiency in Advanced Macro’s / VBA, with some coding experience (Python, RPA’s, SQL’s etc)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Project management experience
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Salary Range: $86,800- $130,200; Depending on the candidate’s education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
