Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and motivated React Developer to join our Technology team in Naraina, Delhi. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable web applications, translating sophisticated designs into high-quality code, and optimization of frontend data layers.

You will join a collaborative, forward-thinking team of software engineers and designers dedicated to delivering high-performance digital experiences and robust data management solutions.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Develop and Optimize User Interfaces: Translate complex User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) designs into high-quality, reusable code, ensuring maximum application performance and cross-platform scalability.

• Collaborate on System Integration: Partner closely with cross-functional technical teams to integrate frontend web applications with backend Representational State Transfer (RESTful) Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and relational databases.

• Ensure Quality and Compliance: Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects while participating in peer code reviews to maintain strict compliance with organizational standards, security protocols, and Agile methodologies.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 0-1 year of professional software development experience focused primarily on the React.js framework.

• Strong knowledge of core web development technologies, including JavaScript (ECMAScript 6+), HyperText Markup Language 5 (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheets 3 (CSS3), and Context Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).

• Proven ability in database design, Structured Query Language (SQL) optimization across SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments, and Git version control workflows.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
