About Nexford
We're building an AI-native university. Not a traditional LMS with an AI layer bolted on — something genuinely different, where AI is core to how learners experience education, stay engaged, and grow.
About the role
This is a senior B2C product role. You'll own parts of the learner journey end to end: from how prospective students discover us, through enrollment, through how they actually learn. What matters is whether learners come back not how many features shipped.
What we're looking for
- You've built something recently — not managed a roadmap. A product, a feature, a side project. Something you can demo. Something real users touched. Something you iterated on based on what you saw.
- You use AI tools daily and have shipped something with them in the last 3–6 months. You know the difference between a good use case and a gimmick.
- You can hold a technical conversation with an engineer without needing a translator. Familarity with Cursor, Claude Code, Supabase, Vercel, etc.
- You think in retention, conversion, engagement. You've moved one of these numbers before, and you can tell us by how much and why.
- You work fast and clean. No process-around-process. You raise problems early, move through ambiguity, and leave things better than you found them.
What good looks like here
- 5+ years in B2C product. Edtech, FinTech, subscriptions, consumer SaaS, or mission-driven consumer products.
- A track record of moving retention, engagement, or conversion.
- Something shipped with AI in the last 3–6 months both for work or personal project.
- Comfortable going deep on systems, APIs, model trade-offs.
- Bias toward simplicity and speed over process.
- Have experience managing a team.
- Edtech experience is a plus, not a requirement.
What you get
- Competitive base + bonus
- Generous holiday allowance
- Discounted access to Nexford programs
- A culture where opinions are expected and heard
- Real ownership from day one
