Key Responsibilities• Provide high-level assistance to clients regarding cybersecurity software, security protocols, and data protection inquiries.

• Monitor and analyze potential threats and system vulnerabilities to ensure client network integrity.
• Act as a primary point of contact for the Italian market, delivering expert advice in Italian-speaking jobs.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to security software installations, updates, and endpoint management.
• Collaborate with global security teams to report incidents and escalate complex technical concerns appropriately.
• Maintain a deep understanding of evolving cybersecurity threats to provide proactive protection strategies to our users.
• Ensure compliance with international data security regulations while maintaining premium service quality standards.

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport or a valid Greek work permit.
• A strong interest in the cybersecurity industry and a desire to build a career in digital defense.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex security terminology into actionable advice.
• Problem-solving aptitude and the ability to thrive in a high-tech, service-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work in Athens, as this is an on-site position.
