Full description

We Care, We Challenge, We Commit, We Collaborate

Join Scrive and be part of an international, fast-growing company headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. Collaborate with smart, caring, and driven colleagues across Europe as we shape the Scrive story. 🚀

As part of our growing product organisation, you’ll join a diverse and collaborative team working on solutions that make a real difference in our customers’ daily operations. We work in cross-functional teams (squads) and use modern tools like Claude, Productboard, Figma, and Amplitude.

The opportunity We are currently looking for a Product Manager to join our team and play a key role in owning our integrated experience. This role is an exciting opportunity to manage a growing portfolio of native integrations that connect Scrive with the tools our customers use every day, spanning both the integrations we build outward into other platforms and making it easier for other systems to embed Scrive into their own products. These include CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot, document management tools like SharePoint and Google Drive, and Microsoft products such as Microsoft365 and Power Automate.

📍 The role will preferably be based in Stockholm, but Copenhagen is also an option, and you will report to Group Product Manager.

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Own and manage the roadmap for our native integration portfolio.
  • Work closely with customers and commercial teams to identify integration needs and pain points, and drive the development of new standard integrations.
  • Define requirements and collaborate with engineering to scope and deliver new integration features.
  • Support go-to-market teams with product documentation, training, and launch readiness.
  • Maintain and improve existing integrations, balancing tech quality and usability.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on packaging, pricing, and positioning of integrations.
  • Track integration usage and gather feedback to guide continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with external consultancy firms that build and maintain selected outsourced integrations, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely delivery.

What we’re looking for You don’t need to have all the answers on day one, but we’re looking for someone curious, structured, and eager to grow.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a product-related role (e.g., Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst).
  • An understanding of SaaS platforms and B2B user needs.
  • Experience working with APIs, integrations, or workflow tools.
  • A structured approach to discovery, documentation, and decision-making.
  • A forward-thinking mindset where you naturally integrate AI-tools into your daily workflows, along with an enthusiasm to explore their potential together with us.
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
  • EU residency, or Valid EU working permit.

🌟 Bonus points if you have:

  • Fluency in Nordic languages, German or Dutch.

In this role, we see that you demonstrate strong skills in Problem framing, Stakeholder management, Documentation and Commercial awareness. These skills will play a key role in our assessment and discussions during the recruitment process.

Don’t meet every single requirement? Apply anyway! Studies show that women and people from underrepresented groups are less likely to apply for jobs unless they meet every qualification. At Scrive, we value diverse perspectives and encourage anyone who is excited about this role to apply.
