POSITION TITLE: Delivery Ops Assoc Manager WORK SETUP: Hybrid
OVERALL PURPOSE: Interpret business objectives and execute operational practices. Review incoming work for clarity and provide clear directions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform data entry or other client-related tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of processes and systems.
- Make decisions about daily operations, including work assignments and scheduling.
- Manage workloads and provide development opportunities.
- Ensure quality and accuracy of outgoing work.
- Develop support materials for team use.
- Prepare and analyze complex reports.
- Ensure client responsibilities are met according to agreements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and point of contact for senior clients.
- Address complex issues and implement resolutions.
- Identify and implement team improvement opportunities.
- Direct work within budget guidelines.
- Collaborate with project managers on large projects.
- Analyze quality audits and develop process improvements.
- Provide operational statistics and escalating issues.
- Plan and facilitate team meetings and presentations.
- Create and monitor annual team objectives.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Standard Associate Manager profile
- At least 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in Service Delivery
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience
