Job Purpose and Impact

The Product Line Manager will support the development and lead the execution of Edible Oils product line, portfolio and pricing strategies to drive profitable growth and maximize business value. In this role, you will identify market potential, analyze market and customer dynamics, establish pricing and market strategies, manage product lifecycle decisions, define promotional activities and handle products through phase out. The role will also monitor financial and strategic performance and influence cross-functional stakeholders to improve profitability, portfolio mix and asset utilization.

Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute product line strategies based on market dynamics, customer needs, competitive activity and business financial objectives.
  • Compile and evaluate research on market and product requirements, customer needs, competitive dynamics and demand trends to identify enhancements to current products and new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, including price setting, market-based pricing actions, price execution and performance tracking to improve margin and value capture.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate assigned programs to accomplish financial and budgetary goals.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
