The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a keen eye for identifying inefficiencies, and a proven track record of understanding data sets. As a Data Solutions Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess, analyze, and leverage data, driving operational excellence and enhancing overall business performance. 

Count On To:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of current business data, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and optimization. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including department heads, managers, and end-users, to understand process pain points, gather requirements, and define objectives. 
  • Document existing and proposed processes, creating clear and concise data maps, flowcharts, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 
  • Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate process performance, identifying bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for automation. 
  • Develop and recommend solutions that streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and align with the organization's strategic goals. 
  • Work closely with IT teams to define technical requirements for process automation, integration, and system enhancements. 
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to communicate process changes, gather 
  • feedback, and ensure seamless adoption. 
  • Monitor and track process changes, evaluating their impact and making adjustments as necessary to ensure continuous improvement. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that changes to processes are implemented smoothly and effectively. 
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends related to data management.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a repository of data and process documentation, best practices, and knowledge-sharing resources.

Knowledge And Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. 
  • Proficiency in process mapping and documentation techniques using tools such as Visio, or other process modeling software. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and building positive working relationships. 
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. 
  • Experience with process automation and relevant software platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
