Join ESR Group, a leading Asia-Pacific real asset manager focused on New Economy sectors, including logistics, data centres, infrastructure and renewables.

We are seeking a commercially minded and analytically strong Investment Analyst to join our Data Centres team in Australia. This role offers the opportunity to support the management and growth of ESR’s data centre portfolio across Australia and the broader Asia-Pacific region, working across portfolio management, financial analysis, strategic planning, investor reporting and joint venture initiatives.

Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you will play a key role in maintaining financial models, supporting portfolio analysis, preparing investor and management reporting, and contributing to strategic initiatives across a high-profile digital infrastructure platform.

This role offers the opportunity to:

  • Maintain and enhance financial models, forecasts, valuations and portfolio analytics to support investment and business decisions.
  • Prepare investor, management and board reporting, including annual business plans, presentations and portfolio insights.
  • Support portfolio management activities, acquisitions, due diligence and strategic initiatives across ESR's growing data centre platform.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, joint venture partners and external advisors to collect, validate and analyse key portfolio information.
  • Contribute to joint venture workstreams, investment committee materials and investor engagement activities.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills, experience and approach:

  • Tertiary qualification in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Property, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • 1-4 years' experience in investment analysis, corporate finance, funds management, consulting or a related analytical role.
  • Strong financial modelling, analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel capability.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Exposure to real assets, infrastructure, property, energy or digital infrastructure sectors will be highly regarded.
