About the Role
Position Summary
The Business Operations Analyst supports document imaging operations by analyzing production data, monitoring operational performance, preparing reports, and assisting with process improvement initiatives. This role works closely with operations management and internal stakeholders to support service delivery, improve efficiency, and ensure operational goals are achieved.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and report on operational metrics, productivity, quality, and service performance.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports to support management decision-making and client reporting requirements.
- Monitor workflow trends and operational performance to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- Assist with the development, documentation, and maintenance of operational procedures and workflows.
- Research and resolve operational issues by gathering data, identifying root causes, and recommending solutions.
- Support implementation of operational initiatives, process enhancements, and system updates.
- Maintain and validate operational data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Partner with operations leaders and support teams to achieve productivity, quality, and service level objectives.
- Participate in operational reviews and planning activities, providing analytical support and recommendations.
- Conduct audits and quality reviews to ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in business operations, reporting, production support, document imaging, records management, workflow administration, or a related operational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Experience preparing reports, tracking performance metrics, and supporting operational improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to learn new systems, processes, and technologies quickly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting document imaging, document processing, records management, mailroom operations, or other transaction processing environments.
- Experience with production reporting, workflow monitoring, quality control, or continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience working in a service delivery environment.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated salary range for this role is $50k-53k.
