Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI)

Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will spend your day designing, coding, and improving software components that meet unique business requirements. Your work involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the solutions are scalable and efficient. You will engage in iterative development cycles, applying modern methodologies to deliver high-quality software tailored to organizational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure project milestones are met. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements. - Mentor team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - Strong ability to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports. - Experience in data modeling, transformation, and integration within business intelligence platforms. - Proficient in creating scalable and maintainable data solutions that support business analytics. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of business intelligence solutions. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI). - This position is based at our Manila office.
