As the Project Manager, you will serve as the strategic program lead for two high-impact initiatives: industry licensing and digital certification. This role will partner closely with client-facing teams, business leaders, Learning, Talent Acquisition, and other cross-functional stakeholders to support employee readiness, career progression, and scalable program execution as well as managing vendor relationships. You will be responsible for organizing and managing program plans, timelines, communications, reporting, and performance insights across both initiatives. This role will also identify opportunities to improve efficiency, strengthen accountability, reduce manual effort, and enhance the learner and stakeholder experience while ensuring programs remain aligned to business priorities, regulatory expectations, and long-term talent readiness goals.

Required Skills

  • Experience leading multi-phase, cross-functional projects involving stakeholder groups and timelines.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives with competing deadlines.
  • Experience creating and maintaining project documentation, reporting, and governance processes for programs impacting employees, learners, or stakeholders.
  • Experience influencing decisions and driving alignment across teams without direct reporting authority.
  • Experience building trusted partnerships across multiple stakeholder groups, effectively navigating diverse perspectives and competing priorities to gain alignment, drive decision-making, and achieve shared business outcomes with a track record of delivering projects on schedule and achieving defined success metrics.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor Degree
  • PMP certification
  • Series 7 & 63 licenses; additional securities industry licensing experience or familiarity with SIE, Series 7, Series 63, Series 9, or Series 10 programs is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Experience leading learning, certification, onboarding, readiness, or career progression programs in a financial services or regulated environment.
  • Experience building or improving dashboards, reports, trackers, or program health views that communicate progress, completion, pass rates, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
  • Advanced Excel skills such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, and merging or analyzing information from multiple sources.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, and other tools used to manage communication, documentation, collaboration, and program execution.
  • Experience identifying process improvements, automation opportunities, or workflow simplification to reduce manual effort and improve program scalability.

In addition the salary range, this role is also eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
