This is a remote position.

Paradigm is seeking a Product Manager to support our client, a leader in technology-enabled legal and settlement administration services. In this role, you will be responsible for driving product strategy, roadmap development, and successful delivery of digital product initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, software engineering teams, UX/UI designers, and go-to-market partners to build innovative SaaS solutions that deliver value to clients and support business growth.

As a Product Manager, you will:

  • Drive product strategy, vision, and roadmap planning for one or more digital products.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, clients, and industry stakeholders to identify market opportunities and future product direction.
  • Partner with engineering, UX/UI, operations, sales, marketing, and client services teams to deliver innovative software solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and technology evaluations to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
  • Define and document product requirements, including Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
  • Prioritize product features and roadmap initiatives based on business value, customer needs, technical feasibility, and resource availability.
  • Work closely with Agile development teams to groom backlogs, prioritize user stories, and support software release planning.
  • Evaluate external vendor solutions and third-party platforms to address business requirements.
  • Analyze user feedback and product performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop product launch strategies, collateral, objection handling materials, and go-to-market plans.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training sessions for internal teams and clients.
  • Measure product success through KPIs, ROI analysis, customer adoption, and business impact.
  • Develop a strong understanding of customer buying behaviors and help improve sales and marketing processes based on market insights.
  • Serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.

Requirements

Our skills and experience wish list includes:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 3+ years of product management experience, including SaaS product development and launch.
  • Experience creating product roadmaps, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, sales, marketing, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product performance and ROI.
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for product delivery and user experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong technical aptitude and understanding of software products and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with UX, usability testing, or interaction design.
  • Knowledge of legal technology, legal services, or settlement administration.
  • Experience working directly with enterprise clients.
