Join Albury Wodonga Health's Business Intelligence team and help turn data into actionable insights that improve healthcare delivery. As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will develop dashboards, reporting solutions and data models that support evidence-based decision-making across the organisation. Working with stakeholders across the organisation, you will deliver high-quality analytics solutions while contributing to the ongoing development of AWH's enterprise data and reporting capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and visualisations.
  • Design and optimise data models and reporting datasets.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver analytics solutions.
  • Analyse and improve organisational data flows and reporting processes.
  • Support enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to integrate and leverage data from multiple systems.

About You

We are seeking motivated and solutions focused data and reporting professionals who can effectively balance technical expertise with stakeholder engagement in a dynamic healthcare setting.

You will have:

  • Experience in data analytics, reporting or business intelligence, preferably within healthcare or another complex organisational environment.
  • Skills in developing dashboards, reports or data visualisations using business intelligence tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with databases, data models and reporting datasets.
  • The ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality customer-focused solutions.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and thrive in a complex healthcare environment.
