ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Senior/Principal Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Securities Services practice, with a strong focus on Custody Transformation. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, driving complex client programs, shape delivery approaches, and building consulting capability across the practice.

As a Senior/Principal Consultant within the Securities Services team, you will lead custody transformation projects across custody operation and securities services for top-tier financial institutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead large-scale custody operations and securities services transformation programmes across settlements, asset servicing, corporate actions, reconciliations, and post-trade operations.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on custody operating models, operational controls, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Advise clients on target operating models, transformation strategies, process optimization, and platform modernization across the custody value chain.
  • Drive end-to-end programme delivery, ensuring effective governance, risk management, and successful implementation of business and technology solutions.
  • Support business growth through client engagement, solution development, and thought leadership in custody and securities services transformation.
  • Mentor and develop consulting teams, helping to build a scalable custody transformation practice.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in banking, securities services, or consulting, with strong expertise in custody operations, asset servicing, settlements, and post-trade processing.
  • Strong understanding of custody products, operating models, regulatory requirements, and market infrastructure.
  • Proven track record leading custody and securities services transformation programmes, including operating model redesign, process re-engineering, automation, and platform modernization.
  • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise senior business and technology leaders.
  • Demonstrated programme leadership experience, managing complex transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, opportunity identification, and proposal leadership.
  • Experience contributing to practice development through methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership.
