Job Description
Working as an Associate Embedded Software Engineer based in Athens, you will:
- Develop embedded software in your assigned areas, working closely with the team lead and senior engineers
- Write, test, and document embedded software
- Participate in software planning and report progress to your team lead
- Follow the training path and on-the-job learning activities planned with your team lead
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with up to 1 year of professional software experience
- Working knowledge of C programming and debugging
- Familiar with core software engineering practices in coding and testing
- Motivated to build a career as an embedded software engineer
- Professional written and verbal communication skills in English, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
Nice to have:
- Experience in embedded projects.
- Experience with test tools such as oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers, multimeters and logic analyzers.
- Software development methodologies (Agile, SW testing etc.) and SCM (Bitbucket, Git, SVN etc.).
- Bluetooth Low Energy or other wireless protocol
- Multithreaded micro-kernel RTOS’s (e.g. FreeRTOS)
- AI-assisted development experience
