Job Title: AI Product Manager / Project Manager – CiGEN Location: Alpharetta, GA (Onsite) Duration: 6+ Months (Contract) Interview: Video Interview

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI Product Manager / Project Manager to support the CiGEN project/product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with AI products, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business teams and stakeholders.

CiGEN experience is highly preferred, but candidates with strong experience working with other AI products and platforms will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate AI product/project initiatives from planning through delivery.
  • Work closely with business teams, stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into clear product/project objectives.
  • Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
  • Track project status, risks, issues, and action items.
  • Support product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization for AI initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with business goals and expected outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Strong Project Management / Product Management experience.
  • Hands-on experience working with AI products, AI solutions, or GenAI initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI product development and business use cases.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to work directly with business teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• CiGEN project/product experience is highly preferred.

  • Experience with other AI/GenAI products and platforms is a plus.
  • Experience working on enterprise AI initiatives or digital transformation projects.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred.
