This is an opportunity to play a key role in the development and evolution of Salesforce Service Cloud solutions within a technology-driven environment.You will transform business requirements into scalable technical solutions, combining configuration, customization, automation, and integration.The role involves hands-on development with Apex, Lightning, SOQL/SOSL, and REST/SOAP APIs.You will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and solution design through deployment and support.The position offers exposure to digital transformation initiatives where technology, data, and customer experience come together.You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams while continuously improving platform capabilities and development practices.It is an ideal role for a senior Salesforce professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and staying at the forefront of platform innovation.

Accountabilities:

• Develop, customize, implement, and continuously enhance solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud.

• Translate business and user requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring usability, scalability, and alignment with platform best practices.

• Build and maintain automations, processes, Apex solutions, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce functionality.

• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs and appropriate integration tools.

• Configure and manage Salesforce objects, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and related platform components.

• Participate throughout the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and technical design to deployment, maintenance, and production support.

• Apply version control, agile development practices, code quality standards, and structured development processes.

• Identify opportunities to improve existing solutions and stay current with new Salesforce capabilities, technologies, and best practices.

• Leverage AI-powered development tools to increase productivity, code quality, and efficiency where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Proven professional experience as a Salesforce Developer at a senior level, with strong hands-on experience delivering enterprise solutions.

• Solid expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning technologies, including Aura and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC).

• Practical experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and its core capabilities.

• Strong knowledge of SOQL and SOSL for querying and managing Salesforce data.

• Experience designing and implementing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and related integration tools.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban and experience collaborating within multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience with source control and development tools such as Git, GitHub, and Azure DevOps.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear and maintainable technical solutions.

• Good communication, collaboration, autonomy, and continuous-learning mindset.
