Full description

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Head of Product, CollateralONE – Product Manager to join our Liquidity and Margin Services team within Global Markets. This role is located in New York, NY.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Own all Product Development facets for CollateralONE’s ambitious growth roadmap.

• Leadership of multiple engineering PODs and Product Owners within CollateralONE business.

• Partner with Global Head of CollateralONE on developing the future strategy of the platform.

• Contribute to CollateralONE’s global client-growth strategy, ensuring full alignment with BNY Markets’ strategic objectives and revenue targets.

• Champion the continuous modernization and automation of CollateralONE’s technology with the BNY Markets AI Hub and other key stakeholders.

• Drive operational resilience by sponsoring workflow re-engineering, enforcing compliance standards, and embedding robust controls throughout global processes.

• Influence the Product & Technology roadmap by articulating a clear, client-driven business case for enhancements, prioritizing features that deepen user engagement and competitive differentiation.

• Act as a senior platform advocate for marquee relationships, translating client objectives into product structuring, service delivery and platform enhancements.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • 10–15 years of financial‐services experience, with expertise in portfolio finance, collateral management and repo financing, ideally working within the Buy-Side, or Fintech providing Buy-Side solutions.
  • Proven ability to orchestrate and project management multi-product complex deal teams.
  • Exceptional stakeholder‐management and communication capabilities, with a track record of building trusted relationships and influencing C-suite executives across both client and internal constituencies.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS Finance, MS technology) or professional designation (CFA, FRM) preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
