Accountabilities: The professional will be responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, contributing to technical decisions, and ensuring high-quality software delivery. The role requires hands-on involvement across front-end and backend development, with a stronger focus on React while collaborating on Java-based solutions.

• Develop modern, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces using React.

• Build and consume REST APIs to support application functionality.

• Participate in defining and implementing technical solutions aligned with business requirements.

• Develop and maintain backend applications using Java and the Spring ecosystem.

• Ensure delivery quality through automated testing, including unit tests and component/UI tests.

• Perform bug fixes, improvements, and continuous evolution of existing systems.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an agile development environment.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to software development best practices.

• Support the creation of scalable and secure digital solutions.

• Work with front-end architecture, state management, styling approaches, and integration patterns.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have solid Full Stack development experience, with advanced front-end capabilities and familiarity with backend technologies. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to code quality, and the ability to collaborate in agile teams are essential.

• Experience as a Full Stack Developer, with stronger expertise in front-end development.

• Strong experience with React, including advanced hooks such as useEffect, useMemo, useCallback, and custom hooks.

• Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar tools.

• Experience with interface styling approaches including CSS-in-JS, Styled Components, Tailwind, or advanced SCSS.

• Proficiency in TypeScript.

• Experience with Backend For Frontend (BFF) architecture.

• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

• Experience with automated testing tools such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, and React Testing Library.

• Knowledge of Java 8 or higher, with Java 17 and/or 21 considered a plus.

• Experience with Spring Framework and Spring Boot.

• Experience with NestJS.

• Knowledge of Git-based version control workflows.

• Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Good collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with end-to-end testing tools such as Cypress or Playwright.

• Knowledge of web performance optimization and accessibility (a11y).

• Experience with microservices architectures.

• Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD).

• Experience with containers and virtualization tools such as Docker.
