Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python) | About You

As a Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python), you will help design, develop, and deliver scalable cloud-native applications using Python, Angular, and Microsoft Azure. This role combines hands-on development, technical leadership, architecture, and DevOps responsibilities, requiring a highly skilled engineer who can mentor team members, drive engineering best practices, and deliver secure, high-performance solutions aligned with business objectives.

Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python) | Day-to-Day

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Python and modern application frameworks.
Architect and implement cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and high availability.
Develop modern, responsive web applications using Angular, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, and Angular Material.
Design and build secure RESTful APIs and system integrations to support enterprise applications.
Optimize SQL Server databases through performance tuning, indexing strategies, and efficient data modeling.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps while supporting automated deployments and release processes.
Lead code reviews, mentor developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive Agile delivery and architectural best practices.

Lead Full Stack Engineer (Python) | Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with strong expertise in Python.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure.
Strong experience with Angular (v17+ preferred), TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
Expertise in SQL Server, database design, query optimization, performance tuning, and REST API development.
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Git version control, and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring skills.
