As a Clinical Applications Rev Cycle Analyst, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. Within our Operations Consulting practice, you will focus on delivering consulting services to improve overall operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. Responsibilities
- Independently manages break/fix resolution, configuration changes, and ongoing system maintenance for Clinical Applications. Handles moderately complex tickets and service requests, performs root cause analysis, and implements approved fixes. Supports upgrade and patch cycles, collaborates across application teams, and begins mentoring associates on operational procedures and troubleshooting techniques
- Provides peer support, begins mentoring associates on troubleshooting and operational workflows, and collaborates across modules. Works alongside and performs peer review for AC teams
- Performs independent configuration changes, maintenance builds, and moderate troubleshooting for one or more Clinical Application areas. Executes approved change requests, validates system behavior post-change, and ensures accuracy of configuration against documented standards
- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity - Developing and implementing strategies for operational excellence and process optimization - Collaborating with clients to streamline processes and improve business performance - Utilizing SQL Server for data analysis and reporting to support decision-making - Building and managing data pipelines and ETL processes to validate efficient data flow - Integrating APIs to enhance data connectivity and operational efficiency - Supporting technology implementation and process automation initiatives - Applying lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to drive operational improvements - Gathering and interpreting data to inform operational strategies and solutions - Engaging in project management tasks to deliver client-focused solutions - Contributing to the development of innovative solutions for operational challenges - Participating in team discussions to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2-4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Solid knowledge of healthcare processes and workflows supported by Clinical Applications. Understands how system maintenance and configuration changes impact inpatient, ambulatory, and scheduling workflows
- Conducts structured shift handoffs with US-based teams, providing detailed status updates on open issues, pending changes, and items requiring onshore follow-up. Produces clear async documentation including ticket summaries and next-step recommendations for cross-timezone continuity. Helps refine handoff templates and escalation protocols. Develops and maintains knowledge base articles, user guides, and troubleshooting documentation. Provides training and ongoing support to end-users on system changes and known issues - Demonstrating proficiency in SQL Server for data analysis - Utilizing data pipelines and APIs for seamless integration - Excelling in ETL processes and reporting solutions - Applying automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency - Implementing lean process improvement methodologies - Developing competitive advantage through emerging technologies - Engaging in business process improvement initiatives
