Street, Waunakee, WI 53597 - Waunakee, WI 53597Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 SalaryJob Summary As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing residential remodeling projects from inception through completion. You will collaborate with clients, subcontractors, designers, sales team and our incredible crew of Carpenters to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of excellence. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Use information provided by sales consultants along with knowledge of the construction process to create an accurate scope worksheet based on quotes from vendors and subcontractors. Participate in Design Agreement Meetings with sales consultant and designer to review new scope worksheets for new projects. Meet onsite for a Tech Measure with sales consultants, designers, and customers to discuss the scope of work together based on the customer’s wants and needs. Then finalize measurements. Work closely with designers to help develop the details of the project, capturing required notes, accurate measurements and drawings that match the scope worksheet. Schedule Onsite Pre-Construction Meetings with subcontractors to inspect the project and discuss the scope of work for a clear understanding of the work to be done. Manage projects in a professional manner with team and maintain a boutique experience for customers. Build Schedules for projects, write Change Orders and Purchase Orders. Lead meetings with designers and expeditors to review status of all jobs. Provide support to Expeditors as needed QualificationsRequirements Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential remodeling or construction, with a strong track record of successful project completions. Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members. Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree or 2 plus years experience in related field. A valid Wisconsin Driver’s License is required with an excellent driving record is required. Work Environment: 85% of working conditions are normal for an office environment. The remaining 15% can require the employee to work onsite at remodeling project locations. Typical work week is Monday through Friday averaging 40- 45 hours per week with days starting as early as 6:30am.
