Job Description

 

  • Prepare and analyze global financial reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key performance indicators.
  • Support month-end closing, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning processes.
  • Deliver business intelligence and ad-hoc analyses to support management decision-making.
  • Monitor data quality and ensure consistency of financial and controlling information across the organization.
  • Drive continuous improvement of reporting tools, dashboards, and data analytics capabilities.
  • Identify and support automation opportunities and digitalization initiatives, including RPA use cases.
  • Participate in cross-functional and strategic projects, including performance improvement and business transformation initiatives

Qualifications

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, Accounting, Cost Accounting, or Financial Analysis within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Experience with SAP and modern data analytics / BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Ability to work effectively in an international environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; German is an advantage but not required
