About the Role

The CRM Department at AKRF is seeking a Data Management Analyst. This individual will play a key role in maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of the project, client, and resource data that powers our Unanet CRM and supporting platforms. Working closely with our marketing, IT, and administrative teams, the successful candidate will help strengthen the foundation of data and workflows that keep our projects running smoothly. Job Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, maintain, and validate project-related data in Unanet CRM to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
  • Create, update, and maintain backend Unanet CRM workflows to improve data accuracy, automate processes, and support system efficiency.
  • Build, update, and maintain Apty DAP content across multiple platforms while supporting document control, data governance, best practices, and company standards.
  • Support data quality initiatives by identifying, researching, and correcting data discrepancies.
  • Assist with the creation, maintenance, and management of project, client, and resource records.
  • Generate routine reports, dashboards, and data summaries for project teams and management.
  • Perform data entry, and data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with engineering, environmental, planning, and administrative teams to gather and maintain project information.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide user support for data-related inquiries and system updates.
  • Participate in system testing, data migrations, and process improvement initiatives as needed.

Essential Requirements:

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of professional experience in data management, data analysis, administration, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Unanet CRM databases, data visualization tools, or reporting platforms
  • Exposure to AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry projects.
  • Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, and information management principles.
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing data validation.

Compensation

Compensation will range from $65K to $72K, and commensurate with experience.
