What awaits you:
- Grow personally as a key player in the global Innovation & Strategy team by developing the system landscape, creating data pipelines and BI products that facilitate automation and delivery of complex recurring and ad-hoc tasks across various functions including technology scouting, innovation portfolio management, strategic initiatives, market intelligence, global operations, sustainability, research & development, and business transformation
- Demonstrate and build your expertise in RPA, bots, data governance and programming by achieving data collection, combining processing and exploratory analysis as well as by shifting the line of sight from descriptive reporting to the development of predictive, adaptive and strategy-supporting models and their validation
- Excel and grow your successful track record of building data pipelines, data platforms and combining data to create useful information from various sources and process it into analytical data sets for innovation, portfolio and strategic management decisions
- Experience and strengthen cross-functional and cross-cultural global collaboration and communication skills by sharing innovation, technology, market, project and performance information effectively across the organization using MS Power Platform and web applications
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Student in one of the following areas: Data Engineering, BI Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics or similar
- Good analytical skills, problem-solving aptitudes and experience in innovation, strategy or transformation-related projects
- Experience in working with MS Power BI, MS Power App, MS Azure, data visualization and analytics tools, SAP, Oracle and MS Office, Excel/VBA
- Enjoy working in a team and able to work with cross-functional, multi-national teams
- Hands-on coding experience in at least one programming language and motivation to apply data science methods to innovation and strategy use cases
- Fluent English speaking and written language skills
- Enjoy learning, new experiences and personal development
