Job Summary:

The People & Culture Analyst 1, Systems will assist with the administration of the People & Culture information system, Oracle Cloud HCM, and associated support projects. In this role, the Analyst 1 will be charged with reviewing incoming requests and completing the specified data corrections, report requests or if necessary, escalating to another team member or group. In addition, this role will assist with auditing and data integrity efforts running regular audit reports, identifying issues and communicating with members of the People & Culture teams to resolve.  The Analyst 1 will assist with quarterly update regression testing in the Oracle Cloud HCM system and the subsequent updates necessary in user documentation and training.

The Analyst 1 will have the opportunity to participate in various projects and tasks within the system including recruiting, journeys, core HR, performance management, absence management, and compensation.  The successful candidate will demonstrate acute attention to detail, a desire to learn the impacts and risks of poor data integrity, high levels of organization and strong communication skills.

Job Duties:

  • Assesses all incoming ServiceNow HRIS requests and escalates as needed
  • Handles basic requests including employee record corrections, reports and user questions
  • Runs, edits and disseminates recurring reports to other teams in Core Business Services on weekly and monthly cadences
  • Generates and reviews data audits to identify issues 
  • Works with People & Culture Field teams to identify resolution and processes, if necessary
  • Processes test employment transactions and completes test scripts for quarterly updates in Oracle Cloud HCM
  • Makes necessary updates for user guide documentation and new user training and assists in the delivery of these updates as directed
  • Assists with the administration and management of other HR information systems supported by the People & Culture Systems practice as applicable
  • Maintains awareness of HR information systems and their impact on business processes within the People & Culture community
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Education:

  • Associate degree or prior corporate experience, required
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred

Experience:

  • One (1) or more years of administrative or entry level HR experience, required
  • Prior experience with Human Resource Information Systems, Applicant Tracking, Sales or CRM type systems, preferred 
  • Experience in professional services or corporate environment, preferred 

Software:

  • Intermediate to advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, PowerPoint and Word, required

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to meet project deadlines with a focus on details
  • Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a group environment
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks across competing assignments 
  • Ability to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple project tasks simultaneously 
  • Solid analytical and diagnostic skills for use in resolving systems issues and concerns
  • Capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external client personnel 
  • Ability to successfully interact with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to adapt communication style to successfully convey messages and objectives to diverse audience
  • Capable of maintaining confidential information and matters with discretion 
  • General knowledge of HR principles and policies
  • Ability to travel (5-10%)

 

Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate’s qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

National Range: $29.80/hr - $33.65/hr Maryland Range: $29.80/hr - $33.65/hr NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $29.80/hr - $33.65/hr
