Senior Front-end Angular Developer (Banking)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join a team of dedicated professionals in the banking sector, working on exciting projects that contribute to a financially sound and sustainable society. The role is based in Vilnius and follows a hybrid working model, combining office and remote work.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Develop and maintain frontend applications and user interfaces using modern Angular and TypeScript technologies.
• Design, develop, and enhance scalable frontend solutions supporting business-critical banking applications.
• Work with the latest Angular versions and modern frontend development practices, while also supporting and integrating with legacy systems.
• Contribute to new product development, technical upgrades, UI enhancements, and complex frontend initiatives.
• Design and implement responsive user interfaces, reusable components, and integrations with REST APIs and backend services.
• Identify and implement technical improvements to enhance application performance, reliability, usability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate within a cross-functional product team with backend developers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, UX/UI designers, and business stakeholders.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud/infrastructure technologies as part of modern application delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development, testing, and deployment processes.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development and contribute to technical decision-making and frontend architecture.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Strong professional experience in Angular frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of Angular 22+, JavaScript/ TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS/SCSS.
• Experience with Oracle PL/SQL.
• Experience building responsive, scalable, and maintainable web applications and integrating with REST APIs.
• Experience with RxJS, Angular Material, and modern frontend development patterns.
• Experience with Git, npm, IntelliJ/VS Code, and Jenkins.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; OpenShift is an advantage.
• DevOps experience and knowledge of CI/CD and infrastructure are a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of Helm and SonarQube is an advantage.
• Experience with unit and frontend testing frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, or Jest.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• Fluency in English and ability to use English on a daily basis.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 4500 - 6500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
