Project Manager Producer (social/display)

The producer serves as the operational engine that keeps teams focused and assets moving without friction. This person is responsible for end-to-end production delivery of social and display assets for consumer and B2B audiences. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in both owned and paid media with a strong understanding of the workflows required to develop and launch social/display programs across desktop and mobile environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the production pipeline for social/display assets, balancing capacity with demand, and escalating resource issues early.

• Create detailed schedules with clear dependencies for projects, ensuring on-time delivery and meeting or exceeding SLAs.

• Develop production estimates based on asset complexity and channel needs.

• Audit incoming briefs to ensure they are production-ready; identify potential risks early.

• Track resource burn and project hours to maintain scope control and prevent unauthorized work from entering production. 

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, maintaining organized communication channels, and centralized working-file access for the team.

• Coordinate final asset handoff to traffic and media partners, ensuring deliverables are accurate and meet client objectives.

• Minimize rework with front-end processes and coordination across production teams.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related discipline.

• Three to five years of studio or production experience, including digital asset delivery across the web, mobile, and app.

• Experience working with creative teams in high-volume, modular content environments.

• Strong financial and budget tracking experience.

• Solutions-oriented with excellent communication skills and a collaborative/growth mindset. 

• Deep knowledge of production best practices for web, mobile, and app environments, including accessibility and usability standards.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud.

• Experience utilizing project management systems (Workfront preferred) to track project data, team capacities, and asset lifecycles.
