Bring your passion for quality and play a key role in delivering reliable, high quality technology outcomes. You'll work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, and external service providers to review requirements, develop test plans and scenarios, execute testing activities, validate outcomes, and investigate defects. You'll apply risk based, session based, and exploratory testing approaches, perform SQL based data validation, and test complex mainframe environments to ensure solutions meet business and customer needs. Working within Agile and DevOps teams, you'll contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support quality outcomes across the delivery lifecycle, and help embed quality into everything we deliver.

For this role we’re looking for a collaborative, detail focused QA professional who enjoys solving complex problems and delivering quality outcomes. We would love to hear from you if you have experience in the following:

• Proven experience in software testing and quality assurance activities, including reviewing requirements and documentation to develop test plans and scenarios • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate across delivery teams and external service providers • Experienced in executing test cases and scenarios, validating outcomes, recording results, and identifying, documenting, and investigating defects • Experienced in working within Agile and DevOps environments, applying risk based, session based, and exploratory testing approaches, and contributing to process improvements • Confident in testing mainframe environments including navigation, file management, editing, job running, and monitoring, along with creating and running SQL queries for data validation and testing • Proficient in software delivery lifecycles and CI/CD environments, with experience managing competing priorities and delivering quality outcomes • Experienced in banking or payment systems testing, desirable • Familiar with setting up and running Jenkins jobs, desirable • Familiar with running and monitoring CTRL M jobs, desirable • Proficient in using ADO for story, task, and defect management, desirable
