Business Process Analyst

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst with a strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, a solid background in business process analysis methodologies and proven experience supporting analytics operations, including ETL pipelines, databases, dashboards and version control systems. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders, product teams and technical experts to optimize decision-making processes, translate business needs into scalable solutions and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week. Please note that this position is offered on a 24-month fixed-term employment contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

● Elicit, capture and document business, user and system requirements for analytical and decision-making solutions operating in an SAP-driven Supply Chain environment supported by external MRP and APS platforms.

● Deliver end-to-end decision-making process improvements aligned with business strategy and operational objectives.

● Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, workshops, train-the-trainer sessions and super-user enablement.

● Build, maintain and promote Supply Chain domain knowledge in a decentralized environment to ensure effective knowledge sharing.

● Maintain high-quality business analysis documentation, functional requirements and process artifacts while supporting agile, multi-branch delivery.

● Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data analysis and data profiling activities.

● Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.

● Promote the responsible and effective use of AI to improve business analysis activities and delivery outcomes.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications:

● Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or Business Analyst in complex business and analytics environments.

● Strong knowledge of Supply Chain processes, with Order-to-Cash required; planning experience strongly preferred; warehousing and transportation knowledge considered an advantage.

● Proven experience working with SAP SD data models; knowledge of MRP and/or advanced planning systems is a plus.

● Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and validation.

● Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to support business analysis and reporting.

● Strong understanding of functional and non-functional requirements, including elicitation techniques, quality metrics and AI-assisted requirements gathering.

● Experience working across Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases using Waterfall and Scrum methodologies.

● Experience facilitating business workshops, including planning agendas, identifying required participants and capturing complex business requirements.

● Ability to translate business demand into user stories and other business analysis artifacts that support effective solution delivery.

● Strong stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to align audiences across varying levels of technical expertise.

● Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data analysis and data profiling.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

● Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and able to deliver clarity, alignment and value with incomplete information.

● High level of accountability, integrity and ownership.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

● Openness to a 24-month fixed-term employment contract.

Preferred qualifications:

● Experience with ETL pipelines, databases, dashboards and version control systems.

● Knowledge of advanced planning systems and analytics platforms supporting Supply Chain operations.

● Experience working in global, cross-functional organizations supporting digital transformation initiatives.
