About The project management team is highly organized and driven, leveraging Agile expertise to take full ownership of projects from inception to completion. The team's flexibility and adaptability allow them to deliver successful outcomes in dynamic environments, while their customer-centric approach emphasizes consultation and collaboration to seamlessly navigate unexpected changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a project plan for each SOW that clearly defines milestones, estimated time to deliver, tasks to complete deliverables, cross functional dependencies, owners, and status.
  • Ensure the organization of the plan is efficient and can deliver business value iteratively.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, techniques.
  • Clear roadblocks, and create escalation when appropriate.
  • Build appropriate contingencies into the schedule to ensure project success.
  • Rebaseline as approved changes occur.
  • Actively monitor hours/ resources against established budget
  • Using Wursta tools, actively forecast spend based on projected hours and report issues before budget overruns
  • Use appropriate change management techniques to get additional budget approval

  • Ensure projects are delivered with the agreed upon scope and that changes to scope are proactively communicated/ approved by clients before impact to budget and timeline
  • Ensure technical feasibility of project scope and objectives within timeline and budget constraints
  • Ensure non-functional requirements and technical feasibility have been integrated to project scope, objectives, timeline and budget
  • Use scope changes to inform re-baseline of budget and timeline
  • Conduct Project Status, Risk Assessment, and Communication
  • Proactively identify and report on project risks (potential and actual) and dependencies, as well as perform risk assessment to minimize and mitigate when necessary.
  • Ensure team members, clients, and stakeholders are informed on all aspects of project risks.
  • Build appropriate contingencies across all dimensions of the project.
  • Create and distribute project status, milestone reports, and other items that inform stakeholders of overall project health.
  • Coordinate with project team, client stakeholders, 3rd party providers to ensure informed and efficient fulfillment of project objections.
  • Create, maintain, and distribute informative progress reporting that drives successful and collaborative project execution.
  • Develop and iterate on comprehensive project documentation for internal and external audiences.
  • Manage and oversee usage of project tools, like Smartsheets.
  • Participate in and assist in invoicing for clients.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Saas or tech
  • 3+ years of Agile methodology experience
  • Expertise in developing project roadmaps, project plans that clearly define and resolve risks, milestones, status, deliverables, accountabilities, etc.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient with project management tools and methodologies
  • Contribute to the growth of Wursta by owning and developing at least one new offering per year
