Full description

The Business Transformation Analyst I is responsible for assisting in collecting and analyzing business needs and requirements as tied to continual enterprise data and technology transformation. Collaborate with junior and senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and value across multiple business areas across the enterprise. Promote "art of possible" mindset and challenges the status quo as the organization transforms. Compile, research, analyze, and document data and business requirements, workflow / processes, and functionality. Conduct work with moderate latitude for independent judgment and decision making.
