We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support IT projects within the banking and financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Review and model existing (As-Is) business processes and design future (To-Be) processes.
- Support IT projects from requirements definition through implementation.
- Conduct testing activities for financial applications, including UAT and defect management.
- Prepare user manuals, procedures, and business documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
- Contribute to project governance, reporting, and delivery processes.
- Support IT migration and system transformation projects when required.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects in large banks.
- Experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
- Experience in testing financial applications.
- Experience in project management or project coordination.
- Experience writing user manuals and user documentation.
- Knowledge of UML modeling techniques.
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Good SQL skills.
- Knowledge of banking and financial products, such as loans.
- Experience with IT migration projects is considered an advantage.
Languages
- English: C1 level (required).
- French: B2 level (recommended).
