Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional standardization initiatives and review operational performance
  • R&D on procurement process optimization and digital initiatives (ERP/P2P, automation tools)
  • Develop global sourcing strategies and deliver cost savings
  • Manage supplier performance and drive strategic partnerships
  • Strengthen procurement governance, KPI tracking, and spend transparency

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8–12+ years in procurement/supply chain
  • Strong experience in indirect procurement and global sourcing
  • Proven track record in cost optimization and transformation
  • Experience with ERP systems and analytics tools (e.g., SAP, Power BI)
  • Frequent business travel is required (e.g. Mainland China, Vietnam etc.)
