Tasks
About the role
As a Product Manager, you'll own a product area end to end: the customer segment it serves, the business outcome it drives, and the path from a validated problem to a shipped result with your squad. You'll set and maintain the roadmap for your area together with the Head of Product, and you´ll keep stakeholders aligned on the why behind what's next. We're in early-stage growth mode - learning fast, testing assumptions, and scaling on what works. Priorities move fast when we see a strong signal, and you'll help shape how we work as we grow.
What you'll do
- Shape the roadmap: contribute to the product vision with the Head of Product and turn it into clear priorities for your scope.
- Run discovery before committing to a solution: interviews, user tests, journey mapping, and data analysis.
- Define the outcomes and metrics that matter for your scope, and track them.
- Take features from idea to launch to iteration, and know when to sunset what isn't working.
- Keep your squad's backlog, user stories, and rituals running so validated work actually ships.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success on customer needs and go-to-market for what you ship.
- Communicate roadmap, progress, and decisions clearly to stakeholders, and to customers or partners when relevant.
Requirements
- Solid experience working in Agile/Scrum product teams, with hands-on ownership of a backlog and squad rituals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Comfortable using core product tools: an issue tracker such as Jira, and a product analytics tool such as Amplitude or Mixpanel, or equivalents.
- Good understanding of UX/UI principles and the end-to-end digital product lifecycle.
- Ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data, build simple dashboards, and use insights to drive decisions.
- Good understanding of web and SaaS products, and basic literacy on APIs and technical constraints.
- Understanding of SaaS business models and recurring revenue logic.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products, ideally AI-powered or data-intensive products, is a strong plus.
- Practical experience in product discovery (problem interviews, user tests, prototype validation, experiments).
- Familiarity with prioritization frameworks (e.g. RICE, impact/effort, opportunity scoring) and ability to adapt them pragmatically.
- Basic understanding of go-to-market motions (positioning, messaging, launch plan) and collaboration with Sales/Marketing.
- Curiosity and active monitoring of tech trends, AI, and product best practices.
Soft skills
- Strong ownership and accountability on a defined scope.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics and create alignment.
- Analytical and structured thinking, with a data-informed mindset.
- High user empathy and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business) in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfort with ambiguity and experimentation, with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Professional English level required.
Benefits
- Health insurance provided by the employer
- Flexible working hours
- Hybrid remote work
- Daily use of English through close collaboration with teams in the US and Spain
