CTG is seeking to fill a SAP Cloud Security Engineer (GoLang / Policy-as-Code) position for our client.
Location: RemoteDuration: 5 months
Duties:
- Develop and enhance security scanning solutions for SAP Cloud Infrastructure or standalone security applications.
- Design, implement, and maintain Policy-as-Code solutions using Open Policy Agent (OPA) and Rego.
- Translate SAP Security hardening guidelines into automated security policies.
- Lead and mentor junior developers working with GoLang, Python, and related technologies.
- Review code, maintain development standards, and oversee repository management.
- Collaborate with SAP Senior GoLang Developers, Cloud Engineers, Security teams, and project leadership.
- Contribute to technical specifications, architecture diagrams, documentation, and release planning.
Skills:
- Strong GoLang development experience with knowledge of Python or similar programming languages.
- Experience building cloud security solutions and security automation frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Open Policy Agent (OPA), Rego, and Policy-as-Code methodologies.
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts including networking, storage, virtualization, databases, and security.
- Experience with software architecture, technical documentation, and secure coding practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in global, virtual team environments.
- Agile development experience preferred.
Experience:
- 7+ years of software development experience.
- Experience designing and implementing cloud-based applications and security solutions.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical development efforts.
- Experience collaborating with enterprise cloud engineering and security teams.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65.00 to $70.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
