As a Technical Business Analyst - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into technical requirements within our Advisory - Other competency network. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Business & Supply Chain Operations practice, focusing on the Banking and Capital Markets sector. You will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and manage assigned workstreams, contributing to the delivery of client solutions. Responsibilities
- Leads core banking and payments business analysis for the wave, translating client requirements into functional specifications, data mapping documents, and API/integration requirements across core banking and payment systems, validating account, CASA, and payment (pain/pacs/camt) flows, tracking gaps/defects, and coordinating with client and delivery teams on integration hand-offs between core banking and payments.
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - 4+ years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Core banking products: T24, Finacle, Oracle FLEXCUBE, FIS, Fiserv - Core banking: accounts, deposits, loans, CASA lifecycle, onboarding & KYC/AML - Status management, acknowledgements, returns, cancellations, claims/modifications - API/integration mapping between core banking and payment systems - Technical & functional documentation: BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, data mapping documents, integration specs, use cases - Tools: JIRA, Postman/Bruno, understanding of integration approaches (REST/SOAP APIs, message queues, file-based/batch integrations)
