We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to provide technical leadership across multiple Core Services teams. - Experience with reactive and concurrent programming frameworks such as:

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
- Ability to align engineers, tech leaders, and business stakeholders around a shared technical vision without relying on organizational hierarchy.
Operations & Reliability
- Strong background in production operations and system reliability, including:
- Monitoring and observability
- Alerting and incident management
- On-call ownership
- Troubleshooting and debugging large-scale distributed systems
