You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leads project delivery in line with the Project Plan, coordinating teams, consultants and contractors to meet defined KPIs.
  • Monitors progress, budget and risks, driving proactive mitigation and maintaining accurate project records.
  • Ensures safety, quality and compliance through robust systems aligned with the Mace Way.
  • Manages procurement, project changes and documentation to support timely, effective delivery.
  • Coordinates design, programme integration and stakeholder communication to achieve project objectives.
  • Promotes digital excellence, sustainability and continuous improvement, contributing to Mace’s net‑zero ambitions.

You’ll need to have:

  • Architectural or Engineering degree with experience delivering small to medium projects and engaging diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices and industry regulations.
  • Growing capability in budgeting, commercial controls and procurement.
  • Holds relevant technical qualifications or progressing toward professional accreditation (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS).
