DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Track and monitor performance of the unit against set targets using agreed MIS metrics.  Maintain frameworks for revenue attribution and dealer performance evaluation.  Prepare performance reports for management decision-making.  Support the annual budgeting and performance management process.  Provide administrative support on departmental matters.  Assist in risk assessments, audits, policy reporting, and product program updates.  Contribute to due diligence responses and reviews.  Ensure compliance with information security and bank policies.  Maintain and update the market information database.  Provide timely market updates and product intelligence to sales and trading teams.  Publish product updates on the bank’s learning platforms.  Liaise with internal stakeholders (front, middle, back office) for smooth coordination.  Support regulatory engagements and market development initiatives as directed.  Provide project management support for strategic initiatives.  Assist in organizing the quarterly and annual Treasury event.  Support the review of Treasury documentation (e.g., prospectus).  Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by the Head, Business Management.

EDUCATION

Minimum Education: First Degree or its equivalent in any discipline preferably business related. Professional qualifications – ICAN, CFA, LFA, ICAP an advantage

Varied from 1 – 10 years relevant Treasury experience
