We are currently seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join our R&D team and help take our products to the next level. In this position you will be responsible for ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance and work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle to ensure quality. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to collaborate effectively with many departments and teams. The number and order of QA activities may vary from project to project, depending on the scope of the work and project aims.

Work Location: During training (3 months), work is conducted 4 days/week in the Jerusalem office. After training, the schedule shifts to 2 days/week in Jerusalem + 2 days/week in Tel Aviv (flexible based on team needs). Candidates are welcome to work from Tel Aviv or Jerusalem, but keep in mind that Jerusalem presence is required during and after onboarding.

This role reports to the QA Team Lead.

What you will be responsible for

  • Monitor our systems to ensure quality
  • Monitor Data validation from various sources
  • Work closely with R&D to assure the quality of delivery, including review and guide R&D testing, write test plan, and perform end to end tests.
  • Assist with release management of new features, ensuring quality release and that the feature passed all necessary tests
  • Create, execute, and maintain manual test cases.
  • Utilize LLM knowledge to test AI-driven features and develop intelligent test automation and monitoring tools.
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Segment issues that arrive from the field and follow up with the appropriate team until the fix is completed
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Validation of bug fixes

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of Software QA experience in SaaS (especially fast-paced environments with continuous deployments)
  • Strong/proven experience using AI tools for testing and monitoring — MUST HAVE
  • Proficient in using Postman for API testing - Must
  • Experience in Continuous Deployment - Must
  • Experience in SQL - Must
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements and shifting tech priorities
  • Multi-tenant architecture testing (understanding data isolation, cross-client impacts)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to provide constant dialog between engineering teams.
  • Strong English and Hebrew
